Youths Empowered with Generator Repair Skills in Lagos
The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) in collaboration with Knowledge Beyond Borders Limited has concluded a 5-day training program on Industrial and Residential Generator Repairs for youths in Lagos State.
The training, which took place from December 15, 2025, to December 19, 2025, aimed to equip participants with practical skills in generator repair and maintenance.
The program is part of NCDMB's efforts to develop local talent and strengthen industry expertise, promoting economic growth and job creation.
The training is expected to enhance the employability and entrepreneurial prospects of the participants, enabling them to start their own businesses or secure employment in the industry.
At the end of the training, participants were awarded certificates, marking the successful completion of the program.
