Elumelu Celebrates Nigeria at 66, Pledges Renewed Development Push for Aniocha/Oshimili
Former Minority Leader of the House of Representatives and APC candidate for Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency in the 2027 House of Representatives election, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, OON, has congratulated Nigerians, particularly the people of Aniocha/Oshimili, on Nigeria’s 66th Independence Anniversary.
In a goodwill message, Elumelu paid tribute to the nation’s founding fathers for their sacrifices, courage and vision, while commending Nigerians for their resilience, hard work and commitment to national unity and peaceful coexistence.
He described the anniversary as an opportunity to reflect on Nigeria’s journey, appreciate its progress and renew the collective commitment to building a stronger and more prosperous nation.
Elumelu commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for efforts under the Renewed Hope Agenda and urged Nigerians to continue supporting initiatives aimed at strengthening the economy and expanding opportunities.
He also praised Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Francis Oborevwori, for his interventions at the grassroots, particularly the empowerment initiatives being implemented through Local Government Chairmen, Vice Chairmen and Councillors across the state.
The APC candidate expressed appreciation to the people of Aniocha/Oshimili for their continued support and confidence, assuring them that, if elected in 2027, the development of the constituency and improvement of the welfare and economic opportunities of its people would remain central to his legislative agenda.
“Nigeria remains a country of immense possibilities. We must keep hope alive and continue to work together for the Nigeria we desire.
